to Old Chester Road to be cleaned. 24/07 NARROW LANE, CALCOED – CONDITION OF ROADWAY A site meeting had taken place with a civil engineering company and the Clerk to prepare a specification for road surface upgrading works. Members confirmed that because of the estimated costs, any proposed upgrading works would not bring the road to an adoptable standard. Councillor Wright further advised that he had spoken to the Authority's Legal Officer regarding the possibility of releasing the Bonds that had been attached to the dwellings for the adoption of the road.
